Our Recruitment Process

At Allight​Sykes/AllightPrimax we employ people based on merit and we value the diversity of skills, experience, ethnicity and gender this brings to our workforce.   

Through an online application process we give all applicants the opportunity to detail the value they feel they could add to the Allight​Sykes/AllightPrimax team with successful applicants progressing to a phone interview. Shortlisted applicants then have a face to face interview with the recruiting manager, followed by reference checking and a complete medical including drug and alcohol screening (arranged and paid for by Allight​Sykes/AllightPrimax). For some roles additional selection activities, such as assessments and/or background checks, will be required. 

If you are successfully appointed to a role, we will initially make you a verbal offer, followed by a formal employment contract confirming the offer and details of the role. Information on accepting the offer will also be included. The entire process is confidential and we keep applicants informed of the next steps throughout the selection process.
